Tasks

  • Carring out installations
  • Maintenance of customer system
  • Second level support
  • Operation and configuration of internal IT
  • Testing of software and configurations
  • Integration tests of hardware and software
  • Repairs of hardware
  • Documentation in the ticket system JIRA

Education

  • IT specialist system integration
  • or matching, proven professional experience

Experience

  • 3+ years in comparable assignments

Skills

  • English C1
  • Driving license class B
  • Linux, LAN, WAN and routing
  • ticket systems, preferably Jira

score even higher with:

  • Bash
  • Virtualization (kvm, ESXI)
  • Docker
  • AWS
  • ITIL
